Bonnet Magazine Return & Refund Policy

At Bonnet Magazine, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Since our products are custom-made to order, we offer a fair and transparent refund and return policy that balances our sustainability efforts with your peace of mind.

1. Custom and On-Demand Products

All our products are custom-made upon order to reduce overproduction. As a result, we cannot offer returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • You are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at hello@bonnetmagazine.com with photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.

3. Return Process

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect. If your return is accepted:

  • We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as per EU law.
  • This applies to non-customized items only. All custom-made or personalized products (like ours) are excluded from this policy unless the product is defective or damaged.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect orders (size, color, or design). If the item is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement. For any concerns, please contact us at hello@bonnetmagazine.com.

6. Refunds

Once we have inspected your returned product, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@bonnetmagazine.com.

7. Shipping and Lost Items

If an order is lost in transit or does not arrive after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@bonnetmagazine.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
